July Summer Strong

I don’t know about you, but June flew by in a blur. A didn’t-work-out-nearly-as-much-as-I-expected-considering-how-good-my-intentions-were blur. May Summer Shape Up was one of the best things that’s ever happened to my health, so I was stoked when Abby Bounds of Promenade Wellness told us she was putting together a workout plan for July. Welp, it’s here folks. Both July and the workout plan. 

Abby’s really outdone herself this time. The July workouts are even more flexible than May’s (is that even possible???) and they’re also accompanied with helpful videos of Abby performing the exercises so no one has to ask, “Wait…how do I do a chataranga?” ever again. :) Here are the three ways you can participate ::

    1. Head on over to Promenade Wellness to find July Summer Strong, an entire month of free workouts that you can do anywhere, everywhere, anytime. 
    2. Join the July Summer Strong Group on Facebook to gain access to an amazing community full of encouragement, advice and humor.
