March Favorites

It’s officially spring and Easter Sunday is just a few days away. Do you have any plans for the weekend? We’re on our way to Iowa to visit my family and to see my parents’ new home, and then back to Joplin again for Easter Sunday and a brisket dinner with friends. I’m looking forward to time in chilly Iowa and to seeing Valentine all decked out in her Easter dress and hat. Here are some of my favorite links from the past month ::

Would you wear these rubber sandals? My aunt wore a pair for years back in the 90s, but I see lots of college students in them this spring.

I read this book last week and it felt nothing short of transformational. I highly recommend.

Love these moody bedrooms.

A lovely Instagram shop

Debating on spending a little of my fun money on this pretty little thing.

This movie is so different from what I normally like, but the trailer makes me laugh so hard!

I used to buy Mexican Corn from a street vendor outside my laundromat in Dallas. It’s so surprisingly delicious.

What a beautiful bedroom set

Do you buy a new Easter dress for yourself each year? I don’t, but if I did I’d pick this or this.

The illustrations in this children’s book are so pretty and sweet.

Happy Easter, everyone!
